No, the IT Help Desk can help you with password issues. Their office is on the second floor of the Proctor Library, in room 212, and is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
If you need their assistance when they’re closed, you can try to resolve the issue at this website (Microsoft Online Password Reset ). If that doesn’t work, email them @ (support@flagler.edu).
